Writing Prompts: (Attendees can choose one of the following topics to write about.)

  1. A Defining Moment: a moment that changed how you see yourself. What did you learn from it?
  2. The Turning Point: Describe a time when you overcame a challenge. How did it shape who you are?
  3. The Power of Gratitude: Write three things to be grateful for.
  4. Write about the most embarrassing/ funny moment(s) in your life.
  5. Rewriting the Narrative: Choose a painful experience and rewrite it from a perspective of strength and resilience.
  6. A Lesson in Disguise: Think of a time when something didn’t go as planned. What unexpected lesson came from it?
  7. A Story of Resilience: Write about a time when you found strength you didn’t know you had.
  8. A Love Letter to Yourself: Celebrate your journey by writing a letter to yourself for overcoming one or more challenging event(s) and the lessons you have learned.
